Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pai Pai Video Production website ("Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

Pai Pai provides video production services, including filming, editing, and content creation. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in separate service agreements or project proposals.

3. Orders, Prices and Payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Pai Pai is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payments are processed by HitPay. HitPay's payment processing fee for your chosen payment method is shown as a separate line before you pay and is passed on to you at cost. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you will be charged.

Payment is required in full when you place an order. Your order is confirmed once we receive payment confirmation from HitPay, and we will send a confirmation to the email address you provide.

4. Delivery and Revisions

After your order is confirmed we will contact you within 1–2 working days to collect your brief and, where filming is required, arrange a shoot date. Delivery timeframes stated on the Site are in working days (Monday–Friday) and start once we have your brief. Two rounds of revisions are included with every order, each taking up to two working days. Additional revisions, additional shoot time and other extras are available at the rates stated on the Site or agreed in writing.

We deliver final edited videos and photos only. Raw footage is not provided.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your project has started. A project is considered started once production has begun or a shoot date has been confirmed. After that point, orders are non-refundable, because our team's time and any third-party costs have been committed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; HitPay's processing fee is non-refundable where HitPay does not return it to us. To request a cancellation, email hello@paipai.studio with your order reference.

6. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Once your order is paid in full, you receive full usage rights to the final delivered content and may use it on any platform, including social media and paid advertising. You confirm that you have the right to use any materials, brands, logos, locations and people you ask us to include, and you are responsible for obtaining any releases or permissions they require. Pai Pai may show delivered work in its own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pai Pai or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pai Pai be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
